The open, fully and modernly equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven and refrigerator with freezer has a large dining area.
The tiled bathroom includes a shower with shower screen, a large washbasin with side shelves, a cupboard and a toilet facility.

The wide south-facing balcony with seating area allows a pleasant stay in the open air and a great view over the lake and the garden to the surrounding mountains.
